Laser Only Access - Please read our Terms of Membership:
1) Acknowledgement of Risks, Injury & Obligations
Whilst Trial & Error Ltd will make every reasonable effort to identify hazards and take realistic steps to minimise or avoid the risk of injury; you acknowledge that the activities you are to undertake in The Wellington MakerSpace may be dangerous and that by participating you are exposed to certain risks.
You must acknowledge and understand that whilst participating in such activity;
2) Laser/Machine Use Terms
a. Payment
All laser/machine charges and consumables charges must be settled in advance before leaving the premises.
b. Booking
To ensure your place on the machine please use the booking system in Cobot and/or send an email to info@wellingtonmakerspace.com at least the day before your visit.
c. Cancellation
To be fair to other Users, please cancel your booking if you can't make it -otherwise refusal might arise for future bookings.
All personal projects and large scrap/rubbish are to be removed immediately after processing or subject to removal/disposal charges or future booking refusal.
3) Laser Access Rules
Laser access is limited access for use of the Laser to be used only.

4) Additional Rules
Wifi: Wifi can be provided to access emails and data pertaining to the job at hand. Downloading TV/movies/other streaming content will incur cancellation of Laser use membership and billing at 0.10c/Mb +GST used.
Other:
Trial and Error Ltd/The Wellington MakerSpace also reserves the power to make additional detailed rules which will bind you as a User/member – e.g but not limited to: hours of operation, care of equipment, abuse of Wifi/internet access, conversation and use of materials, not to void any insurances, to comply with occupational safety and health law and any regulations or bylaws.
5) Termination of Use/Membership
Trial and Error Ltd/The Wellington MakerSpace reserves the right to rescind the rights of Users/members not complying with the terms and conditions of the membership at any time.
